A lamp should work for years, not weeks. If yours does not, we fix it or replace it from Nairobi. No forms emailed overseas.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with your lamp for any reason, tell us within 7 days of pickup or delivery and we refund you in full by M-Pesa. Return the lamp in the condition you received it, with the bulb and packaging.
12-month warranty on body and wiring
For 12 months from the day you receive it, the lamp body, the switch and dimmer, and the wiring are covered. If any of these fail in normal use, we repair the lamp or replace it.
The warranty does not cover damage from drops, water, or changes made to the wiring.
How to claim
- Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@satolamps.africa with your order number and a photo or short video of the fault.
- We reply during studio hours, Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 17:00.
- Bring the lamp to the pickup point in Nairobi CBD, or we arrange collection through the same courier that delivered it.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the M-Pesa number that paid, usually the same day we receive the lamp. Delivery fees are refunded when the lamp arrived faulty or damaged.
