Delivery anywhere in Kenya

• Flat KSh 400, whatever the size of the order and wherever you are in Kenya.
• Nairobi orders are usually delivered the same day. Upcountry orders usually arrive the next day.
• Upcountry deliveries go through Pickup Mtaani agents. You choose the agent nearest you at checkout and collect from there.
• You get a WhatsApp message when the lamp leaves the studio and again when it is ready to collect.

Packaging

Every lamp is packed with the bulb protected, so it works the moment you plug it in. If a lamp arrives damaged, message us with a photo the same day and we sort it out under the warranty and returns policy.

Paying for delivery

The delivery fee is added at checkout and paid together with the lamp by M-Pesa. Nothing is due on arrival.
